Do you have a problem with kids abandoning book after book and never successfully reading anything? The No Abandon Book Challenge challenges kids to read more and abandon less. This challenge encourages students to find books that are a good fit for them and motivates them to make progress in their book. You can use the challenge as a competition between students or classes or as a self challenge where they are simply recording their own progress and keeping themselves accountable.
Included in this resource are 5 charts to help you track your students' progress throughout the challenge. You can use all charts or pick which ones are beneficial to your class. There are also pictures of the charts filled out so you can see how the challenge looks as it is in progress.
The file is completely editable. It will open in Powerpoint and you can type your students' names in the charts. :)
