This activity deals with the following concepts: muscular strength, muscular endurance, speed, quickness, agility, teamwork, pushing, pulling, and sportsmanship. It's an activity that can be setup in seconds and doesn't require much equipment other than a couple mats. It challenges the students and works on a lot of things; especially dealing with the lower body (legs). If you don't have mats you can still do this activity, just by having calling out the students. It's a good warm-up or cool down activity to do in seconds without much explanation. Try it if you're looking for something different and new.
