PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is a great culminating activity for a unit on percents and ratios. Students must "build" a parking lot based upon a set of criteria. The empty parking lot has 60 spaces. For example, 15% of the parking spaces are occupied by green cars. Students must cut out 9 greens cars and paste them onto the lot. Students must also answer several questions about ratios. For example, "What is the ratio of motorcycles to blue cars?" The product includes a student worksheet, empty parking lot, clip art of cars & motorcycles, and solution key.
