NEW Updated version now includes a fun warm-up song, larger pictures, and 12 Printable Cards of the Poses from the Lesson!!
Each lesson plan is KID TESTED, and includes step-by-step instructions for the poses/exercises, tons of pictures and examples of the lesson plan in action, and a list of additional resources (including books, props, songs, etc. to supplement the lesson plan).
