In this game, students will search for numbered fish that were hidden by the teacher. They will work in teams of two students to use prepositions to describe the location of each numbered fish. One student is the seeker and very quietly searches for a fish. The partner waits at a desk for the seeker to tell him or her where a fish was found. The writer then writes a complete sentence describing the location of the fish. They must use at least one preposition in their sentence. The seeker then looks for another fish, or they can change places. The fish do not need to be found in order. The seeker should try not to give away the location of any fish they find. The winning team has the most fish.
