Product Description
This note is designed to enhance students' understanding of the political spectrum and the way in which it has been reflected in Canadian history during the twentieth century. The political spectrum is presented in chart form and has been broken into five points for comparison: philosophy, economics, social policy, traditions, and society and the individual. Examples of where the political parties are situated have also been charted. Finally, beneath the chart is a brief note explaining some of the anomalies from the last century (e.g., Red Tories).
