How about something fun to do with rain for once?! This rainy day counting book allows
children to create a number sense booklet during the "rainy" month of April. On each page
you will find a cloud with a number in the middle. Children should use their fingers and blue paint/stamp pads to create little raindrops on each page that matches the number on the
cloud. For example: if the cloud has the number 4 the child should create 4 little raindrops
(fingerprints) underneath the cloud. Cute keepsake for working on number sense!
This PDF is formatted to allow two booklets per page so when you make your copies, plan
accordingly. (If you have 22 kids make 11 copies). Make your copies and set your printer
to staple twice along the left-hand side of the paper and then use your paper cutter to
slice the booklets in half.
