The Recess Queen by Alexis O'Neill is a great back to school read aloud. It's great for teaching kindness, bullying, character traits, character change, and reading comprehension, story elements, back to school activities, back to school bulletin board! This resource is for extension read aloud activities only (the book is not included and will need to be purchased separately).
