This product is a Reader's Theater about the Road to the Revolution.
These plays can be read whole group or small group. This can also be used when you have a substitute.
There are 9 characters in the reader's theater. There are 3 narrators, 4 colonists, King George, and a Parliament member.

*French and Indian War
*Boston Tea Party
*Coercive Acts (Intolerables)
This play is geared to 4th and 5th graders, but 3rd graders that are higher readers would enjoy this as well! Students are able to work on fluency, context clues, and comprehension while reviewing/learning about Social Studies.
The play is 4 pages long. It takes about 7-12 minutes to read through.
