A fun activity that uses crayon shavings to model the rock cycle
I've included a worksheet
for drawing the results of the activity.
Choose from two different diagrams
for the rock cycle, one's simple, the second is a bit more complex, (maybe for older students or more capable students?). To help students fill in the complex diagram you can use a presentation
that adds lines and phrases on each slide.
Just for fun, important terms have been included in seek-a-word puzzles
The worksheets, diagrams, puzzles, and presentations are all saved with both English and Spanish
Use a short narrated video
to preview or review the activity.
In case you want more, I've created a web page
with additional resources just for this product!
