Throughout the 18th century and well into the 19th, this book set the standard for how children were to behave. The book sets out, "One Hundred and Sixty three Rules for Children's Behavior, viz: At the Meeting-House; at Home; at the Table; in Company; in Discourse; at the School; when Abroad; and when among other Children". The original wording from a 1787 edition is maintained in this modern recreation. 23 pages, 4.5" x 7.5".
