In this Siege of Jerusalem activity, students are introduced to the First Crusade with an account from one of the Christian Crusaders!
Students work individually or in pairs to translate sections of an account from one of the Christians who traveled on the First Crusade! Then, students create either four-step comic strips to show the progression of the events in Jerusalem or a four-step graffiti wall!
This is great activity to integrate the challenging Common Core standards with an activity like the Crusades!
