Product Description
These 35 task cards were designed specifically for students who need extra support and preparation for standardized testing. The file is basically a sample of the kinds of questions that are important for test-taking in grades 3-5 and an opportunity to practice responses to such questions.

It is not meant to be a comprehensive study by any means. It is however, an introduction to some of the skills important to testing and I believe it is good exposure for students. The task cards can be glued into interactive notebooks, which is what I plan to use them for in my third grade ESL intervention group.

It comes without an answer key because several of the questions have a variety of answers possible. I did, however, provide notes for some of the cards to clear any confusion about answer choices.

NEW: I added core standards, a page called ESL Insights which is a guide to using this product with ELLs, and 10 more task cards.
