*Viewing and short answer response activities on the way double standards and sexism operate within contemporary society.
*Group work activities based on dating and gender assumptions e.g. What a girl wants.
* Viewing and responding activities focusing on the lyrics of contemporary female artists: ‘Nothing Sweet About Me’ Gabriella Cilmi', 'Back to the Wall' and 'Pleasure and Pain' Chrissy Amphlett and Independent Women" - Destiny's Child.
*Close reading activity based on Act 2 Scene 2- Katharina 'strikes' Petruchio.
