The Think Sheet Bundle: K-3 Behavior Tools

Many of us teachers incorporate the Clip Chart behavior management system in our classrooms. This is a great tool to accompany this management system! It aligns with the "Parent Contact" level and is used simply to place responsibility back on the student for improper behavior. These handouts can also be adapted to your own behavior management system in your classroom.

Students reflect on their behavior that got them to parent contact and write a sentence explaining what happened.Then, they think of a way they could do better next time. Parents are to review the handout, discuss it with their child, then sign and return the form back to school.
