This is an independent one lesson unit from Reading Through History that documents the events of the 1921 Tulsa Race riot. The download includes a two-page reading, followed by three pages of activities to gauge reading comprehension. The activities include multiple choice, vocabulary, guided reading, student summaries, and a student response essay question. The printout includes enough activities for 30 to 45 minutes of class time.
