Students will have the opportunity to explore the many reading genres out there. They will be able to use critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication as they complete activities reading their chosen genres.
Description
While I was in the classroom, I met my reading and writing standards by teaching through genre units. This product, which you will be able to access directly in Google Drive, will give you access to my Google Drive folders with hundreds of reading passages in all genres, as well as many teacher resources for teaching each genre. In addition, you and your students will receive links to my Pinterest boards with hundreds of book genre choices for elementary and secondary students. I will continually update these boards as well as my Google Folder with genre passages and short stories. Finally, there is a document for students where they can keep track of genres read and choose activities on each genre based on Bloom's Taxonomy.
