Product Description

Struggling with classroom management? You're not alone.

I've spent years of my career flailing as I dealt with every imaginable issue that could possibly arise in my middle school classroom. Things like, but not limited to:

  • Fights in my classroom
  • Inclusion fiascos of every imaginable kind
  • Blame from administrators for sending "too many" kids to the office
  • Class sizes of over 30
  • All boys and all girls classrooms
  • Laptops/cell phones

Beginning in January of 2020, I made it my mission to chronicle everything I've learned. It's going to accumulate until it grows into something between a memoir and a crash course.

Most of the content in this book is available for free on my blog. If you're interested, start here with my master post.

I wanted to take the time to format my thoughts into a more digestible PDF format which is available to you here for free for a limited time. This e-book also has exclusive discussion questions on every topic for your own reflection or a book club.

How to open any PDF in your favorite books app.

As I add blog installments (minimum of 2 per month), I will continue to update this resource as well. Please be aware that you will have to return to the my purchases page and re-download this resource to get the latest updates.

When the content accumulates to point that deserves to be behind a paywall, I will adjust as necessary. My blog, however, will always be free.

Topics Included:

  1. Self Care
  2. Entering the Classroom
  3. Positive Narration
  4. Feedback Loops

Planned Installments:

  1. Rewards
