If you are interested in spending less time searching and cataloging YouTube clips and more time with the orchestration and execution of your daily lessons then this in the product for you!
The purpose behind the Ultimate U.S. History Clip list is to help teachers and educators have instant access to U.S. History videos they might need to use with their students. As many of you already know short video clips can be an effective way for teachers to illustrate a point or present a point in a different manner.
The Ultimate U.S. History Clip list is a database organized in 5 searchable Tabs:
TAB #1 (Clips) Nearly 200 clips aligned with U.S. History topics. In addition to topical clips from industry standards like the History Channel, BBC and PBS, you can access relevant movie trailers, movie clips, student projects and music videos. Each clip is further cataloged by length, topic, type, and contains links to my class lecture notes.
TAB #2(Movies and Documentaries): This tab contains links to full length movies and docs currently available on YouTube
TAB #3 (College Courses): This tab has links to four of my favorite history courses on YouTube
TAB #4 (Series) Easy access to my favorite series currently on YouTube. Covering current events programs such as HBO’s VICE to the ground breaking ABC News program – The Century America’s Time.
TAB #5 A collection of quick links to some of the best YouTube channels for American history teachers
