Description

The Very Impatient Caterpillar works really hard to become a butterfly. This hilarious story is so cute and full of fun facts. I love reading this book in the spring when we get our caterpillars and begin our butterfly lifecycle journals. I just had to make some activities to go along with this story. This literature extension pack is filled with comprehension strategies that you can use and differentiate for all your learners. There are also writing and word work activities as well as a few fun math games too. Students will have fun creating the impatient caterpillar craft in his foldable chrysalis.

This will be part of the May 2022 First Grade Roars Book Club.
