Product Description
After learning about the Three Perspectives of Sociology, and other key case studies, some time was spent applying what was learned. Here students watched The Wave (available on Netflix), and needed to decide which three concepts were most responsible for the actions that they saw in the movie-- Mob Mentality, Milgram Studies, Deviance, Asch Conformity, Functionalism, or the Stanford Prison Experiment.

The backstory of the novel and movie is rather compelling, and students quickly got over the fact that the movie was in German, with English subtitles. This quickly became a favorite from the year!

Included are notes for the above concepts, the movie guide, and two example reflections.
