Reading: Students will read an expository text about the history of hot chocolate with vocabulary and comprehension questions included. Three samples of hot chocolate recipes covering procedural text along with a blank recipe card for students to write their own hot chocolate recipe with a quick
Math: Students will add and identify fractions and multiplication questions using the recipes.
Social Studies: Students will place events in order on a timeline.
Writing: Students will write a persuasive essay trying to persuade you that either marshmallows or no marshmallows make hot chocolate better.
