This activity can help children discuss their worries/anxieties by allowing them to physically "throw out" their worries. I typically print off the big worry monster, glue it onto a card board box or trash can. Print out the worry cards and ask children to fill them in (however many you feel is necessary). After the 'worries' are discussed, have the children post them into the worry monster's mouth so that they are gone! For older children, you can just use the worry cards and have them place them in a trash can.
