This group project based on "The Yellow Wallpaper" by Charlotte Perkins Gilman asks students to each choose one of four literary elements to focus on as they read the story. They have to answer several questions on their literary element and then share their findings with the group. The group members will then come up with a well-supported interpretation of the story. Afterwards, each group will share what they thought with the class. I use this activity with my honors class.
