The criteria of effective reader - Survey
This survey has been applied at tenths of my training programs in a twenty-five years journey of writing and training. The teachers, administrators, parents, and students loved the survey and felt that it enlightened them of the needed steps to take to help them raise their effectiveness in reading.

16 scientific questions for the reader to answer, every question is accompanied by a scientific criterion to help anyone understands the question and its value.

This questionnaire could be applied to middle school and high school students. Let the students answer, and then collect the sheets from them, it will enlighten you of their reading levels, and how do they think, and how serious they are about reading and after that discuss the criteria with them and discuss the ability to fix the lacked criteria in their life.

Let your students keep the survey later if possible because it will be a constant reminder of the correct steps of raising their effectiveness.
