Product Description

This is a great way to review the -ug word family. You can cut out each fish and attach a paper clip to it and use a magnetic fishing pole to go fishing for the letters. Then have the child put the fish in the pond in front of the "ug" and read the word they made!

There are also some blank fish included. If you'd like to create "non-sense" words to have the child practice reading out the sounds you can. You can also pick random letters and have them make 2 piles of the fish - one pile of real words and one of nonsense words. The option is yours!
