PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

One of the uses of the imperfect tense is to talk about what the weather is like. The first page is a ten day forecast that the students have to describe what the weather was like in the past. There is a word bank of phrases to help them get started.

My advice is that you review with your students that "hace" is written in the "el/ella" form and so that means that is the same form you need to conjugate it in the imperfect tense. After you go over that then the activity is smooth sailing.

The last page is then a mini weather project for them. They get to choose any city they want and write what the weather was like and then draw a picture. It is challenging to find the weather in the past so I had my students find the current weather and write as if it was in the past.

Good luck!
