Then & Now (Pocket Chart Sorting Activity)

The lives of children have really changed over the years. Students need to learn about these changes. I created this pocket chart sort to teach them about life then and life now. This set gives you 24 picture cards for your students to sort in a pocket chart. 12 of the cards show how kids used to live, and 12 of the cards show how kids live now. Some of the picture cards include transportation, clothing, housing, music, communication, cooking, and more! (The cards do not show a certain time period, but do show general changes) Enjoy!
