In this activity, students write a song that details one of the achievements of President Theodore Roosevelt.
Students first need to select one achievement or action from a provided list. The list includes imperialist and progressive achievements and actions.
Students will then conduct research on their selected topic and write their song.
Teachers can adapt this to make this a group activity and have students record or perform the song.
