I once taught this great class of middle school kids.
They were funny, hilarious actually.
But they didn't care for physics, and I was their physics teacher. They also didn't care for chemistry, and guess what, I was their chemistry teacher too.
So I built the best lessons during that year. Had to really think out of the box and get them engaged and excited. (check out this party compounds lesson, their legacy)
It turned out to be really beneficial.
I've used them ever since and with such diverse audiences. Including a teacher's training course I led.
So here it is, this is how I began teaching these wonderful teens about electricity.
I later learned this is my take on the known "hydraulic analogy".
What you will find inside:
Built with great care: pedagogy and scientific foundation are both well thought out in this unit.
You won't regret this one.
