This is a fantastic chart to use for quite complex speech students with severe or quite small consonant inventories. It is a visual way to track progress and 'see' sounds that have been acquired in different positions.

Chart includes:

* All consonant sounds in initial, medial and final position

* Space to check stimulability

* A number of 's', 'l' and 'r' blends as well as some triple clusters

I basically color in the boxes of sounds mastered and make sure that I periodically re-assess to determine progress. This is a great chart to show parents, especially at the end of the school year as they have a visual for their child's growth.

Happy charting!
