Everybody has pet peeves and things that annoy them. Sometimes, these "bugs" can cause us to get angry and lose control. The first step in learning to control your anger is to know when you are angry and what can make you lose control.
Students will work to identify personal triggers through illustrated worksheets and given examples. Students will work through those triggers by brainstorming different proactive calming techniques when they are feeling upset, anxious, or annoyed.
Students will also practice working through different triggers by role playing different scenarios.
