This is a great printable to use with younger children to help them reflect on inappropriate behavior and how it impacts people around them. There is an area for children to draw a picture of the incident, then describe the situation to an adult. If you would like parents to review the reflection, you can check the box at the bottom and request a parent signature. I have used this in my classroom for years and it is a great tool.
