Students will identify faulty beliefs and ways of thinking that increase their anger. Great for students who are struggling with anger.
This activity takes about 30 minutes to complete with a small or large group. The goal is for students to identify faulty beliefs and ways of thinking that increase anger to be able to change their own thinking and prevent future conflicts.
Activity description including instructions/walkthrough of activity, objectives, materials, and ASCA standards.
4 pages of examples of the types of thinking that increase anger (for students to practice identifying through the activity)
1 page showing all types of thinking that fuel their anger fire
1 page listing the fuel for the anger fire (for activity)
