I go over these repeatedly during the first two weeks of school and leave them up on the wall/bulletin board for the remainder of the year as a visual to remind students of our policies. They contain the voice level required (we use levels 1-5). I would policy review into a game at the beginning and frequently throughout the year as a good reminder. During snack, morning greeting, or study hall, I would cover up the bullet point and award mints/candy/stickers for the students who could properly name the aspects of our daily routines.
I have also included a written explanation with more detail that I use as a guide when I teach the procedures the first few days. Each procedure has a one page plan that includes the objective, materials needed, procedure details, and adaptations for students, assessment of completion.
