This listing is a mega-bundle of all of my This Day in History Products. Each is listed below. If you teach middle school or upper elementary, this is for you. Save yourself time by having your yearly calendar and morning work prepared for you while also teaching about history and language arts.

Here is what is included in the mega-bundle:

This Day in History Bell Ringers

This Day in History Bell Ringers is one page for students to complete every day of the year. Students read the nonfiction passage that is based on a historical event that happened that same day in history. Then they answer 2-4 questions (depending on the day) about the passage. These questions range from reading comprehension, grammar, sentence structure, etc. Students can complete the whole thing individually and then you can go over it with them when they are done.

This Day in History Classroom Calendar

The classroom calendar contains an event in history for each day of the year (the same events as included in the bell ringers) to be used as a classroom calendar. You can set it up like a bulletin board, and the product also includes month/day headers and special classroom event labels.

Digital This Day in History Calendar

This product is the digital version of the classroom calendar. Each day is optimized to fill a whole page, making it ideal to use on a classroom screen, computer, or ipad. This allows you to display the calendar event large enough for your students to see around the room.

The products are meant for students in grades 5-8. I would caution using this product for any student below 5th grade as the historical topics can sometimes be a bit heavy.

As with my This Day in History Calendar, these topics cover world-wide events; however, the focus is more on American history than any other country and would probably be best for American schools.
