Class members find this activity to be challenging and fun!
Begin by going over the game rules and divide the class into two teams. Students will read through notes about Thomas Jefferson’s life and underline or highlight key words, names, terms, and ideas. Teams 1 and 2 then compete by creating questions for the opposing team based on information given in the notes. Complete game rules are provided on the lesson pages.
Easy-to-follow Teacher Instructions and answer key included, along with a 20-question follow up quiz to measure student progress.
The quiz can also be given as a homework assignment.
