What educators are saying

David's stuff is always great and this is no exception. I had these hanging in the hallway outside my k-5 music classroom. The teachers like reading them too.
Top notch! David Row does such a great job with all of his products! You can tell that he teaches these lessons in his classes.

Description

This bulletin board pack contains 12 posters featuring quotes from famous jazz musicians, rock and roll stars, and pop artists. The quotes range from talk of perseverance and hard work to sharing about how music shaped the life of the artist. This set is great to print and hang for music advocacy and also for student encouragement. The quotes are appropriate for any age!

Music is a very powerful medium and can be used for so many things. Music helps us up when we’re down, gives us something to work for, and encourages us to be better versions of ourselves. I wanted to try and capture some of that feeling for my students and display it in a way that was pleasing to their eyes and caught their attention.

This product includes:

*12 different posters talking about the power of music.

*Includes quotes by Ray Charles, Jimi Hendrix, Billy Joel, Reba McEntire, Michelle Branch, Elvis Presley, Elton John, Taylor Swift, Billie Holliday, Dizzy Gilespie, Ella Fitzgerald, and Charlie Parker.

*All slides can be printed in black and white but are set in muted colors with a picture of a microphone (for singers) or the instrument that each musician played.

***If there are any quotes you know that you would like to have included in this set PLEASE let me know and I’ll gladly include them and update the set! I’m constantly looking to make this set better for all teachers (myself included!)***
