After introducing this lesson with manipulatives, I use this chart.
I have students glue into their interactive notebooks. We go through the first one together, and then I let students create their own decimals in the blank chart. Next I have them swap notebooks with a partner to solve. When they are finished, they swap back and check one another's work.
This visual chart helps students practice finding ten times as much as and one tenth of a decimal. Aligns to Go Math! Grade 5 Lesson 3.1 and 5.NBT.1
