There are two sets of cards included in this product. The first set of cards contain numbers only to the thousandths place. Students identify the written form, model, standard form and the fraction equivalent. The second set of cards include numbers in the tenths, hundredths and thousandths place. Students identify the model, written form, fraction equivalent and standard form of each number. But with the second set students will need to know equivalents between tenths, hundredths and thousandths. (For example: 0.35 is the same as 0.350 and 0.5 is the same as 0.50 and 0.500.) With both sets of cards, three of the four models represent the same value and students need to identify the model that does not name the same amount as the other three. Students record the letter of the model/number that does not name the same amount and record why.
There are 2 sets of 20 cards included in this product. These cards are created one card to a page because sometimes the thousandths models can be hard to read when printed too small. Feel free to print two to a page if that works for your printer! Answer keys are included. I hope you and your students enjoy this product!
