Three Cheers for Chocolate is a fun and engaging learning project for students in grades 2, 3, or 4. It's perfect to use in February when students are excited about Valentine's Day.
Students can read an article about the history of chocolate followed by a short quiz. Then they'll be ready to create a new and unique chocolate product for the Crockett Chocolate Creations company. Students work in teams to think of a product that will appeal to kids age 6-12. They'll need to write a product description for the company president (you). Then the teams will design and make the package and an ad for their new chocolate product.
Also included is a chocolate tasting survey and data activity.
