This product contains THREE SETS of multiple meaning word task cards for homophones, homographs and homonyms. These cards can be used as task cards at a center OR as a “Scoot” game played around the room. Each set contains 24 cards along with a student recording page for each. You can use each set individually or mix-and-match a combination of the three.
I designed this product to be used as a practice and application activity for homophones, homographs and homonyms after students have learned the basics. To use these cards simply print, laminate for wear, and cut apart. Provide each student with an answer recording page for them to complete as they answer each question.
You can use these cards in a whole group activity, as a partner or small group activity, or as an independent assignment to assess student learning. You can place these cards around the room for students to answer at their own pace, or you can place students at a beginning card of your choosing and tell students when to rotate to the next card. You could also group these cards in a set for students to complete at a center.
I hope you and your students enjoy using these cards and find them to be engaging and educational!
