PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This thinking map focuses on the three types of communities. Students learn about urban, suburban, and rural areas. Students cut out nine squares. Each square contains a picture and a brief description. Those squares are then pasted into the correct location on the tree map. For example, one square is labeled “farm land” and that square would be placed under “rural area” on the tree map. This activity could be used as a review or assessment.
