About the Generator
The Three-in-One Puzzle Generator for LibreOffice
is a spreadsheet utility that let's you easily build custom crossword, rounders, and word search puzzles. Start by typing words and/or word-clue pairs into the generator file. Then instantiate the puzzle definition into a presentation file that can be edited, exported, and printed!
Unlike many other puzzle apps, the puzzles derived from the Three-in-One Puzzle Generator
are completely editable:
annotate and decorate the puzzle with images and text, change the placements and sizes of the various puzzle elements, print or export the puzzle, the sky's the limit! Since the puzzle instantiates into a presentation file – a LibreOffice Impress
file (think PowerPoint
) – you have full editing control over all aspects of the puzzle!
An Extra Benefit:
You create and store all your puzzle definitions inside the generator file: all centrally-located, and all waiting patiently for you to finally notice that annoying typo, quickly correct it in the generator, then regenerate a corrected/amended puzzle!
