The Tic-Tac-Toe Fitness packet comes ready for a full class of 30 students with 15 different Tic-Tac-Toe Fitness Cards, a detailed Activity Plan and 8 sheets of X and O Tic-Tac-Toe Markers. Once the Tic-Tac-Toe Fitness Cards and Markers are copied and laminated, they can be used for multiple classes throughout the school year. This activity WORKS and your students will ask for it over and over again!
Students work in partners playing classic Tic-Tac-Toe games with a “TWIST”. Each square on the Tic-Tac-Toe Fitness Cards have fitness exercises (written and graphic) that students have their partners perform as they lay down a Marker (X or O). Students love the “Movement Twist” on this classic game!! Since there ARE 15 different cards, the experience is different every time they play. Partner groups swap cards after every game to make things interesting.
PE teachers can use Tic-Tac-Toe Fitness as a warm up, cool down or as a standalone activity in a fitness unit. Classroom teachers can use Fitness Bingo as a brain break, classroom energizer, recess activity or reward event.
The Tic-Tac-Toe Fitness Activity packet was designed for all ages but is best suited for students from 2nd through 8th Grade
