This is a super-fun, interactive game to play in your Spanish I class. You will need a projector that can display the powerpoint on your white board. Divide the class into two teams. The student who is up for their team comes to the board. They must write the correct answer on the board. If the answer is right, he or she can place either an X or O on the game. If the answer is wrong, no X or O is written and the other team has their turn. The game is located on the same place for each slide. So once a student is done answering the question, just erase the answer only. The game with Xs and Os continues. This game is perfect for the first few months of Spanish I as students learn basics such as greetings, how to tell your age, tell time, numbers, etc. I used the game to review before the test. It's a great way to spend a block day when you have the extra time. Students love it because not only do they need to have the knowledge in Spanish, there is a strategy for the tic tac toe game. It's not always so easy for them!
