A chart to pass out to teachers, the RTI team, etc. so they understand the different tiers.
A chart that can be printed on a poster when you have an RTI meeting with the coach, classroom teacher, parent, and student for Tier 3 Interventions. After you have tried interventions in tier 1 and 2, and the student is not making the desired progress, they need intense intervention. My RTI team has found that holding a meeting is beneficial. Everyone comes to the meeting with intervention ideas (RTI coach can give suggestions for parents, teacher, and student). Each person writes their ideas on the boxes or on sticky notes. Then, each person picks one intervention from their category they are going to work on to help the child.
