This is a google form assessment for students about the book, The Tiger Rising by Kate Dicamillo. This short quiz will expose your students different ways they could be asked about the Plot or Setting of a text on state tests. It's a great for documentation for report cards and data for small group interventions. There are two multiple choice, two short answer and one with a text box grid. Exposing students to questions written in a variety of ways will challenge and improve their scores. The two short answer questions you will need to check, but the other questions will be graded for you.
