5, 4, 3, 2, 1... Happy New Year! It's 'time' to read the room and welcome in the New Year!
The editable pack features adorable New Year themed graphics to get your students up and moving- while engaged in meaningful learning activities! The file will open in Adobe and the editable areas will be highlighted. Just click in the highlighted area and type! Differentiate for different learners in your classroom and/or make the pack so that if aligns with exactly what you and your students are working on! The editable fields will print in Comic Sans 50pt font.

Make a perfect center/small group activity for students to move about during an exciting time of year!
Perfect for when returning from a holiday break to get students back into the ‘swing’ of things!
Make ‘Memory’ or ‘Go-Fish’ style games using the editable feature! Ex: Make a set of number cards- have students match to the ten frame cards! Make a set of CVC words to match to the CVC picture set. Make a set of capital and lowercase cards for matching, etc.!
How Does It Work:
After deciding on cards you want to use- either those provided or by using the editable feature to make your own...
*Hide/Tape pictures around the room.
*Distribute recording sheets to students on clipboards (or have them lean on a hardcover book if you don’t have enough clip boards)
*Students look at the picture on the card- they record their answer (word, number, etc) on the sheet next to the picture
that corresponds to that picture.
*Differentiation can occur in many different ways:
~more/less picture cards
~Use the editable form to make picture cards for specific
~Have students work in pairs (high/low)
~use certain pictures for certain ability groups- modify recording sheet so that students that need specific practice with specific components are only recording for those pictures.
