This is a timeline of the history of the modern Olympics
The idea for the revival of the Olympic Games began in 1892
when Baron Pierre de Coubertin of France founded the International Olympic Committee and began planning the first modern Olympic Games.
The questions require students to not only use the timeline to locate information, but some of the questions require math computation as well.
I have other timelines available. I find this is a skill my 4th grade students struggle with. So I give them a number of practices using timelines to answer questions about relevant and interesting information.
Take a look at my store. I have a number of other high interest timelines for sale. Here are a few:
The History of Toys
The History of Gaming Consoles
The Life of Dr. Seuss
The History of the Iditarod Race
The History of the Modern Olympics
The History of the Winter Olympics
The History of Snack Foods
The History of the Cell Phone
The History of the Arizona Cardinals
The History of the Seattle Seahawks

PLEASE Let me know if you find any errors, so I can fix them. I have gone over and over these but you know how sometimes no matter how many times you read over something, an error can still get missed.
